Hi!!! My name is Glenn, but most people that know me call me GJ. I'm originally from Philadelphia (GO BIRDS!), but I've moved up and down the East Coast for the past decade until making Charlotte my home.

I've been in the hospitality industry for longer than I can remember. I started my first business at the early age of 8 with my next-door neighbor. We weeded yards in the spring, washed cars in the summer, raked leaves in the fall, and shoveled snow in the winter, along with the occasional lemonade stand. I grew up and continued following my passion for service. I got my degree in Hospitality Management from Temple University and started working for some of the most prestigious hospitality companies in the world.

I found my love for bartending during an internship at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort. Since then I have had numerous positions in lounges and bars to enhance my skills. My love for wine goes deep, which led me to pursue wine education and certification from leaders in the industry. I am certified as a Level 1 Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers and Level 2 from Wine & Spirit Education Trust.

So what prompted me to open a mobile bar? I've always been an entrepreneur, and combining that with my love of service, hospitality, and all things bartending, it seemed like the right fit. I hope to share my passion with others and help create memorable moments for you and your guests.
